These people sure do have my respect. I needed flowers delivered to my daughter on her b-day at work and they not only did it on a last minute decision they gave me a great deal, they threw in some greenery and a stuffed animal. Thank You SMOOTS for helping me make my daughter's day. The arrangement was beautifl.

Actually mortified. Sending flowers as a birthday gift and after $85 the recipient received the most pitiful flowers Ive ever seen. Its not like I ordered something exotic, a bouquet of daisies is something an idiot could put together. So let that tell you about the people at this place. According to the recipient, this isnt the first time Smoots has ripped them off (for a FUNERAL. HE SCAMMED PEOPLE ON FUNERAL FLOWERS). Avoid this place at all cost unless you want to be embarrassed!

Let me tell you something! My daughters birthday is very special to me and no one would deliver flowers due to the snow storm. I called Smoots and he said I will try it Not only did he try it. he kicked its butt!!! He delivered the most perfect flowers to my perfect girl! He was very professional and sweet! I will not go anywhere else to get my arrangements. ever!! Highly impressed

What a disgrace This flower shop must be run by 6 year olds. The flowers they sent to our Mother's funeral were not even delivered till after the funeral and they were such a sloppy disgrace for an arrangement. I mean I worked at a flower shop as a designer and I would never seen such a disgraceful arrangement out. Especially to a funeral. WARNING NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FLORIST IN MANCHESTER TN I wouldn't even give one star but that's the only way it will let you post a review.
