Absolute worst customer service Ive ever had. I called 2 separate times and both agents I spoke to were INCREDIBLY rude. Both kept cutting me off while I was talking. Literally one of them said Im just going to stop you because I dont need to hear anything else.like what??? Also stating as I said and if you had read our policy over and over again..mind you I wasnt even on the phone for 3 minutes at that point on either calls before they started cutting me off. They dont care to listen to you and just want to talk AT you the whole time.its infuriating. If I had any other option for water, I would use it but since they are the only option in Madison, I have no other choice. Would give them 0 stars if I could.

Our water quality is bad. Black mold is coming out of our Sinks and shower and also seeing a pinish color keeps showing up in our shower. The cost I pad for water in Hermitage under Metro Water and Sewer was never more than 20.00 per month. They are sharging 90.00 per month according to our bill from Old Hickory Estates. Metro Water and Sewer should shut theis establishment down and start taking care of Madison. After all this is in Davidson County.

I called today and talked to a rep she was so Rude I asked for her manger and she hung up on me. called back and got another rep who refused to give me her manager name, NO HOLD EXPECTION it took them 40 mins to advised me that a faulse bill would be removed and my 50 dollars to stablish service was no refundable, even though I didnt need the servce and the service never stated. The manger will be put in a compliant email. The office needs to be uptrained when a manager is rude it a big statement no wonder the frontline emoyees are as nasty as they are. I wil not buy property where MADISON is the company I need to use.
