Is this place even open? Ive tried to come here 4-5 times during its post hours and its always closed.

Ate there earlier in the week with a co worker, decided to take my husband there after work went in ordered our food was told it would be 25 to 30 minutes fine, after about 25 mins went back in to pick up the young lady told me she forgot to drop my chicken, I don't know why it was so funny to her but it was she said I could wait another 25 to 30 mins or she could just give me my money back since that was no big deal to her I choose to have my money back what a waste of my time very unprofessional, no customers etiquette at all

The worst food I didn't have the money to waste on!I shared with the lady behind the counter that I had never been there before..I paid for potatoe salad with my chicken but it was not in the container..I waited for 40 minutes! the chicken looked rancid how can the owners justify staying opened.?I read the other reviews..the negative ones are spot on..America is in trouble...we all make mistakes ..but to keep on making them without trying to fix them is ridiculous...the health department needs to check the food out before someone gets seriously sick from it.I am not even going to give this to the wild cats in the neighborhood.
