Pacifico's Real Mexican Cocina

My in-laws were in town for Father's Day this past weekend and we decided to go out for lunch. My husband nor I had ever been to Pacifico's so we thought it would be a great day to do it! We walked in and you lady said they we're on a wait and motioned towards the couch for us to wait roughly twenty minutes. Shortly after we sat down that same lady came and shut the Open sign off, we joked that she hopes we don't have to leave, she laughed and replied "no, this is just for anyone new walking in". We we're relieved and continued looking over their enormous menu. After what seemed to be twenty minutes she walked back over to us and said that we we're going to have to leave because they were to short staffed and just couldn't serve us, so we left. Now that I've told me story, these are my thoughts/opinions: 1. I've spent many years in the service industry and have never experienced asking customers to leave a restaurant because we are short staffed. I have been forced to tell my customers that we are short staffed so it might take some extra time to get their food. 2. If I we're the manager and felt I had no other choice but to ask my customers (who I told could stay and be served) to leave, I would have given them a gift certificate to come back another day. To be honest, no matter what type of establishment it was I would have done that, just to show that I do want them to come back. I'm not saying this to get free food, but I do think it's very strange that neither of these things happened. I can't speak for their food because we didn't get a chance to try it, but I do know that if you go, make sure they have enough staff before you wait.

Pretty place! Great food!! Nice service!!!!!! Margaritas were 10/10!!!!!

psimo servicio estaba solo y ni asi nos hicieron caso, esperamos en la puerta y ni hac . Nos atendieron mejor nos fuimos a otro lugar los cosineron y los trabajadores nomas no vieron eramos 5 personas
