Neighborhood Health at Madison

Today I went to my appointment to check up on my pregnancy, they treated me very well, the staff was friendly and the doctor was very attentive, they also did some tests on me, I didn't have to wait long, they have care in Spanish. I had already attended the Nashville headquarters, but honestly I felt more comfortable here, I will continue attending this headquarters.

I dont understand how Im supposed to call them since they are the only office open but the phone number is the same for every location.

Front desk people are unprofesional and rude!!! Doctor and nurses were great but reception are just rude and always on there phone not where they are suposed to be

I have been waiting to be seen for almost 3 hours. I tried making an appointment when I called the number but was told it would be two weeks before the earliest appointment would be available. They advised me on the initial phone call to show up for a walk in here because they have more physicians here than the original location I tried to book an appointment at. My fiance came the day before and was seen eventhough she was a walk in because she was not a new patient. Apparently new patients are ignored by the staff until they leave. I wish I had read the reviews before I went here. So I came here at lunch time today. The lady at the front desk is absolutely rude and has made little to no attempt to have me seen thus far. At a normal medical clinic, a walk in would have been seen by now. The response I got an hour ago is that because people are showing up for their appointments I can't be seen. That is an absurd response when I have already stated that I have been sick for 2 weeks and their operator advised me to enter as a walk in at this location. The front desk lady cares more about being on her phone than the patients entering the office. Why encourage people to walk in and then avoid seeing them as a patient? I would not be surprised if this place were to shut down from not following the state guidelines for seeing patients. I cannot believe I just wasted 3 hours of my time when I could have gone elsewhere an been seen hours ago. Lesson learned! The sign out front says walk ins welcome but it should say walk ins treated like they don't matter or exist!
