        Sales Consultant Francis Roberson Is an asset to Havertys!! Professional, knowledgeable, and a GREAT personality. Excellent at helping the customer balance their needs and wants. Very good customer service flow!!!!!! not over bearing, however Very attentive! outstanding listening skills. I hope Havertys recognizes The great employee they have!
