        Dirty drug ridden dump! Rooms: Out dated rooms had bedbugs, the oldest appliances hot water never works. Safety: Drug dealers and drug addicts the doors on the building don't lock most of the time

        It's a great place to be if you can't get an apartment or another option. I feel safe over all, however recomend kinda keep in to your self. The staff and even most neighbors are kind. They only do by the week, or month. But other than that it's an alright place. I rent a small room for 421$/w but it goes down after thirty days
