I went into this store to do a return and the young store clerk advise this would be handled by the oter clerk on register 2. I get that register and he says he will help you at register 1. I said he told me to come to you , he said oh he did, and then looks at the young clerk who is now busy talking to his friend, young clerk stops talking looks at me standing and wait for help. He comes over and takes my receipt and looks at it and says you bought this at another store we can't take it back here oh, you have to go back to that store. I spoke instead, I've never known that to be the store policy, older Clark advises the younger Clerk to show me the store policy, that clearly says I can do my return at any store within 30 day. Young Clark goes to call his manager on the phone, because he's upset with what I said. When he gets no answer he comes back disgruntled, and decides to do my return and tells the older Clark this is the last return that they're going to do. No apology, and proceeded to say I was having a good day let me just take care of this s***. I asked for my receipt and I decided to leave and advise that is behavior was not necessary.
