        I went to Metro yesterday morning to pay my bill (cuz my phone was off) mind u I paid with cash only to wake up this morning with my phone off and customer service telling me that my payment was reversed and it went back on my card but how is that possible if I paid cash so now I have to sit here and be phone less until they open at 9am because of a mistake that an employee made needless to say CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLD ME THEY WOULD GIVE ME A 72hr extension so I can use my phone and I never got it my phone is still off Im so over metro I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS
