True professionals and very helpful during a difficult time in my familys life. I required multiple van rentals while my wife was temporarily immobile and in a wheelchair. They were very accommodating to my needs and worked with me even if I had the keep the van for a little longer. Highly recommend them for any handicap accessible vehicle needs in the future. Their equipment is top notch. Clean and in perfect working order. Jessica in the rental department was amazing.

I was nervous about buying my first wheelchair-accessible van. I worked with a salesman, Dan, and he helped me tremendously. He was warm, compassionate, reliable, and knowledgeable. It is rare to find a non-disabled person who understands the fullness of accessibility concerns. Dan soundly demonstrated that level of understanding. He explained everything in detail to me. He even made videos to show me how things work in the van so I could refer back to them. After four years of being dependent on others, I have my independence back. I did not have one second of buyer's remorse and am thrilled with my purchase. I highly recommend Mobility works in Madison, TN. Ask for Dan!
