Got an issue on the incorrect headlamps installed by Music City on my Wifes 2019 Jl did not realize it until one lamp shorted out and it was brought to our attention the wrong size headlamps were installed and had to be replaced brought this Music City they sent me to Infinite OffRoad for a replacement Music City wanted to charge me to swap out contacted Jill two weeks ago she failed to follow up said Brian was out of town called again today no return call not impressive customer service there are too many Jeep aftermarket businesses everyone can install parts but its the companies that stand behind their work and offer good customer service that makes them great Music City is not one of them

Very pleased with my work at Music City 4x4. They were not only great at determining what was needed to fix my Jeep, but they were phenomenal at helping deal with the insurance company. There is no better friend than Music City 4x4 in that regard.

So to Brain, Thomas, Jill, and all the guys and gals at music city 4x4 are awesome. So I had some teraflex differential covers installed for a fair price and very timely manner while I was away on military training, Brain and his team explained every detail via email or phone calls. The parts arrived and were installed in under a day. Very happy with them however while I was under my jt I noticed differential fluid leaking called them and without hesitation they got me in and solved my issue. The issue was NOT MC4x4 fault but a fault of a part so I am extremely happy with all my services with them. They respect your time and will get you right no matter your type of build or vehicle. A true meaning of a family that get stuff done and pay attention to details. Will be the only shop I use from now on. Thx guys Stephen.

Got a quote for repairs on my 2007 Jeep. They got the parts ordered. Brakes were scheduled to be delivered on 3/30. They came in early and they were ahead of schedule so they got it in and completed the work early. Dropped it off on 3/25 before I had to leave town. Scheduled to pick it up on 4/7 when I got back in town much to my surprise I got a call on 3/27 that it was ready. Was very happy I getting it back before leaving town. Thank you again for taking care of my vehicle.
