Upfront, detailed pricing breakdown. I work on my old truck mostly myself, but these guys took care of the skilled labor I missed. Maybe, if your pinching pennies (which you gotta do sometimes), this isn't the place. They don't do halfa$$ jobs, and they do want to make sure no corners are cut. But if you need a comprehensive brake repair, they're priced competitively. Well worth it

Y'ALL DID IT AGAIN I went in to get my catalytic converter diagnosed on my '05 Ford focus & the mechanic, John, advised that that was the least of my worries because a post-accident repair from 12/2023 cracked my timing cover causing a major oil leak that would've destroyed my engine so I willingly left my car there despite me only wanting to come in for a quick scheduled diagnosis. Mr. Ricky offered me a ride home (East Nashville), so I could avoid a ride share fee & gave me my cash quote right then. My car was ready to roll in 7hrs & Mr. Scott advised me to come back in a couple of weeks for a post check up. I LOVE Pinnacle! This is my 3rd time & 2nd vehicle I've entrusted them with since October/November 2023. Not to mention, I was given a full, printable diagnosis that covered everything from my dash light being out to my needing work done on my struts. I'm beyond grateful to Mr. Ricky & his team & I'll forever be a loyal client. Thank y'all so so so much! May blessings abound & overflow in y'all's continued work in integrity
