I really would like to leave 0 stars! I have come home TWICE to all of my lights being left on for who knows how long because they are renovating and apparently can not remember to turn them back off, like they were when they walked in. So, now I have a sky high utilities bill that I am having to pay for. I came home to all of my things being thrown EVERY WHERE! All over my bed, in my bathroom, in my living room. They did not offer to put their residence in a hotel during the renovation, or even WAIT until the home was vacant. The maintenance team is TERRIBLE!! I put in a request on 4 different occasions before the issues was finally resolved, and even then, it wasnt resolved. These apartments are not worth it!!

You are right next to a park, youre near Hendersonville and Hermitage area so you have access to lots of businesses and restaurants. Reason I give 2 stars is because I have encountered lots of spiders in my room, and tiny black beetles on the rug and sometimes my bed. Not sure where they are coming from because my windows are shut, there really isnt any other opening that I can think of besides the front door or vents in the bathroom. I am a fairly clean person who doesnt leave food around to attract bugs either. Every time I come home, I always encounter at least a few spiders the next day. Ive probably had to dispose of about 15 in a month. Also, the rooms must be connected to others because sometimes my room smells like someone was smoking marijuana in it which is unpleasant. Overall, the apartment is not bad. It has everything you could ever need. It just feels like youre living in a bugs habitat. Maybe its just my apartment room and the person before me just didnt upkeep it very well but I dont like spiders which has ruined it for me. Im not a complainer, but this is something I just cant live with. 3 stars for the apartment living, 1 star for the bugs. Ive averaged it to 2 stars.
