I was just in there in order to orders of the crazy puffs, pepperoni. They were absolutely disgusting, one was no more than a dough muffin with pizza sauce on top, two contain no pepperoni. The others were just a waste of money. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.I also waited 15 min to be completely disappointed 7

I have changed my review from 4 to 2 stars. on 3.22 I went to pick up an online order that ended up being 15-20 mins later than what it should of been. There were 8 other people in the lobby waiting to either pick up or place an order, not a single employee came out to greet the customers, they didn't even acknkowledge that anyone was there. We were all just standing there for atleast 15 mins. They had several pizzas sitting on the counter, they kept opening boxes, which just lets the heat out and makes everyone's food cold. Not sure why they weren't giving people their orders. They must of opened the same box of pizza 5 times, they seemed very confused. I ordered a deep dish with pepperoni and sausage, they left the sausage off so my order was wrong. The deep dish was made incorrectly, the pizza was rounded and no crispy edges, instead it was like 5 inches thick of crust. Not only did I have to wait way past the time it should of been ready, my order was wrong.

This place is a joke. You won't take orders because you gave bo dough?!? Who the hell is running this franchise? A toddler?!?
Go out of business. Sell your franchise yo someone who will treat it correctly. You clearly have no intention of ever running it correctly.

The once mighty Little Caesars has taken a great product and turned it into pure garbage. The $5 Hot N Ready program has clearly introduced substandard products and procedures into the system. As a result every $5 pizza is an under sauced, flat dry piece of tasteless cardboard. If you want a true Little Caesars pizza today, find Hungry Howie's pizza. They still make their pizza the same way they have from the beginning using a similar if not identical method & recipe as Little Caesars did. Poor Mike Illitch has to be rolling over in his grave......
