They didn't call at my EBT food stamp interview so I called & they changed it for a couple of weeks later still no call I call back they preceed to tell me I need to fill out an application which they failed to send me on the first interview app & failed to tell me when they gave me a second appointment..I could have had this all done if they knew what they were doing!

If I could I would not give this place any stars at all they reschedule your appointment and don't even tell you beforehand they let you sit at home and wait for 8 hours after you done waited 30 days and then proceeds to tell you you're not allowed to know your caseworkers name then tells you that you'll get a letter in the mail telling you when you're rescheduled appointment is and that there is no way they can help you in any way can I help you with anything that's so pathetic like if you're hired to do a job you do the job correctly and you at least try I mean this is the worst county that to ask for help from anyone they do not help anyone they are so slow it's so negative and so rude but I'm seriously thinking about having my case transferred over to Cookeville or anywhere else I'll even move just to keep from dealing with these people anymore

Super sweet workers very helpful. I live in cookeville, but that office is always so rude to me just for asking for updates. So I called this office and they were so nice. If you live in Cookeville just call this one you will get answers and they will actually be nice to you.
