My real estate agent worked with Exit Realty (sellers realtor) on a purchase. Keys were supposed to have been sent overnight to me but never got sent. The selling agent, never sent them to the my agent. They were picked up from the selling agents business. Selling agent new closing date and when house would be occupied yet never sent the keys to to my agent. When arrived at house day one, went around the outside and checked doors. Doors were left unlocked in the house. That means house was unsecured for OVER 2 weeks. Real estate agent was told to remove animals on premise BEFORE we arrived. The animals on premise were abandoned. No water or food for 2 weeks. We had to make arrangements to get the animals off the property. Also, Exit Realty agent made little effort to get the keys to us. We had to drive to office where they had left the keys in an unsecured location. I would NOT recommend Exit Realty.
