Hi Jared. If my memory serves - You were promptly greeted and assisted with a drink suggestion. Kyra served you and made you a seasonal iced drink - which is definitely one of sweeter drinks. For something floating in the drink it was probably the spices in the pumpkin sauce or possibly an accidental coffee ground. The employee did not see anything you are describing. If you had notified anyone in our staff that you were unhappy, we would have been happy make you another drink or refund you for the cost of the coffee you purchased. At Starbucks that coffee would have cost you $7.85 - you were charged $7.12. It's unfortunate that you chose to give our establishment a 2 star rating for a situation we would of been more than happy to resolve the problem to make sure you (or any customer) are satisfied with your experience. You are entitled to your opinion and review. We welcome all honest reviews, but we do urge you to let any small business know if you have an issue so they can attempt to solve it so you aren't unhappy.
