I've supplied this company with pallets. Their staff was incredibly friendly and I loved seeing the wide selection of products. Excited to get some plants here this coming season!

Wish I could give more stars because the front desk associate was really kind, but unfortunately, I just cant recommend Northshore Nursery. I bought a tree at the beginning of April and asked to have it delivered and planted. It didnt happen and I called over the summer to ask what was going on, but the owner was too busy and frustrated with me and hung up on me. When I came into the business, he was very cordial and promised to take care of having the tree delivered and planted, but still, nothing happened. Fast forward to mid-October and I went to the nursery to check on the tree and was surprised that it wasnt on the lot anymore. Whether they sold it to someone else or it died, I dont know. The lady at the front desk was apologetic and gave us a refund, but at the end of the day I really just wanted a tree. Its disappointing and honestly, pretty concerning way to do business.

Great selection and competitive prices. Looks like they cater more to landscapers as many things are not marked for prices.
