Exceptional. As a caregiver and immediate family member to a patient with Caris, I could not be happier with every employee and service that has been provided to us. From the moment they came into our home each employee with Caris has provided compassionate and competent care that far exceeded my expectations. The RNs, CNAs, chaplain, social worker, receptionists, and doctor at this office have demonstrated an unfailing ability to work together as a team, stay focused on the well-being of the patient they care for, and provide accurate and helpful knowledge within the scope of each of their individual areas of expertise. This group of individuals has each demonstrated their commitment to easing the transition from life to death for their patients and family members repeatedly.They have shown no judgment to us in our times of stress or weakness and have been able to work with difficult personalities and circumstances. The Lenoir City branch of Caris is the only one we have worked with so, it's the only office whos service I can attest to. Currently it's staffed by a remarkable group of people who are making the world a better place with their kindness and impeccable professionalism.

I would recommend caris in a heart beat they took great care and compassion in there work in the care of my grandfather during his last weeks with us a big shout out to Gerri , Stephanie and Kyle for marking the process so smooth for my grandfather and our family theres not enough thank yous in the world for what you all did for our family !!!!!!

How could anyone ever rate this hospice service as anything but the most excellent end of life care that can be offered. Caris provided care for my husband who was suffering from terminal cancer. It was a long, painful process and they were there every step of the way with personal care that exceeded the job. Everyone there cared for him as if he was family. Right to the end and since then they continue to check in and support me in my grief. I highly recommend hospice care for the terminally ill and especially recommend Caris Healthcare Lenoir City. Thanks to the nurses, CNAs, chaplain and social workers for their gracious and dignified help with his passing.

Cannot even put into words how impressed we were by the professionalism and compassion that the nurses and staff of this company showed when we called on them for hospice services. We are forever grateful to the nurses for all they did for our loved one in her greatest time of need. Leea was our favorite, she showed love and compassion and great respect in every single move for our family and loved one, while in our home. We cant thank you enough Caris!
