Fair is fair and the Servpro water mitigation crew that came out was prompt and did a great job. Everything that followed was a disaster. I decided to use their services for the subsequent floor restoration and various other home improvement projects, and at ever step of the way they failed me. They did sub-par work, consistently no call/no showed, and displayed a complete disregard for my concerns at the end of the project. A two week job turned into a 7 month long disaster. Knowing what I know now, I wouldn't trust these contractors or the subcontractors to screw in a light bulb at home (let alone trust them to make improvements). The most shocking part was their abject disregard for my issues at the end. I don't typically leave reviews online, but I have also never experienced the level of disrespect that these "professionals" showed me. Please, please, please, do your due diligence. When the pipe broke in my kitchen, I was overwhelmed and I just wanted someone to take care of everything. This seemed like a perfect one stop shop solution. I implore you to please call around, ask around, and research other contractor options. It may take a little extra legwork, but it WILL be worth it in the end. Just my two cents. For anyone who has been working on my home, this will not come as any surprise, but I have yet to find any single redeeming person at this company. I gave multiple chances to both field personnel and to the office, and everyone failed me. I work in the construction field and I've been a project manager, so I am well aware of the things within a project manager's control and what is delayed due to the construction life. I went through 5 project managers. Unreal... This was poor planning, management, communication, follow through, expectations, overpromising, and the same tired apologies. I am so, so, so disappointed, and I tell anyone that asks to stay away. It's not worth the stress. Paperwork and emails seem to have been lost, too. HOW??? I wish I had cancelled after PM #2 dropped the ball in the beginning and found someone else or project managed my own house. I was willing to spend more to make changes, but after ServPro cost me money, that's a big heck no. Good bye and good riddance.
