Here is my experience. I had a toilet that leaked only when flushed out of nowhere. I did trouble shooting at home and replaced two things myself but did not have the tools to replace the tank to bowl gasket. I called and explained the situation and someone got dispatched later that day. I explained to them the problem and they said theyd have to take it apart and mostly likely replace that gasket and something else I cant recall. They tried doing that the first hour all for them to say that didnt solve the leaking issue. I asked if the tank had a leak and they said it didnt. That the toilet was just old and that is why it was leaking and I needed a new toilet . I dont know much about toilets and they also charge $129 per hour. So it made sense for me to just go that route. Because I didnt want to waste another $129 at an attempt for them to really figure out why it was leaking and the toilet was old. . I decided I would get the toilet since they would have to mark up the toilet price purchased from the store slightly and they would still charge the $129.00 rate if they went and got it. My bill that day ended up being $198.00 no real breakdown/itemize showing what the 198.00 consisted of. The new day a new tech came and installed my toilet and it took a hour. It seems to be working fine so far and looks good!. They used two of their wax rings and my total was about $212.00. The bill again no itemization in regards to how that price was determined. In all they charged me $410.00 for parts and labor for the installation of a toilet I purchase which I feel like was a tad to much. I would rate 3 stars for average. Just wanted to say, Jason was fantastic, and so was the senior plumber he had with him, who finished everything up. True Professionals, figure out the issue right away, very intelligent guys. We know who to call if we ever have a plumbing issue! 5 stars! Also, the ladies at the office are very thorough, and specialize in taking care of the customer, they are organized and orderly and were able to fit us into their very busy schedule! Thanks!
