Hampton Inn & Suites Lebanon

Out of state on a business trip with the husband .The rooms were nice & clean. They had a great selection for breakfast. Which is from 6-10 which is a win win in my opinion. Couldn't beat the location due to all the restaurants that are within 5mins. Would stay here again if needed.

If you do stay here, avoid a room that is on the side fronting the highway! The traffic noise will keep you up all night and day! Take look at the video!My room smelled like a wet dog and it was filthy!This tired Hilton property needs some serious updating and a really good cleaning! I made my reservations well in advance and got a filthy, damp, and smelly room! There was fur on the carpet and the toilet smelled like urine. The front desk clerk was training a new hire when I checked in. She looked like she just woke up and was wearing an oversized tshirt. The trainee, however was dressed professionally and conducted herself like one. Ill be back in June and will choose another Hilton property rather than stay at this dump!

Rooms could be updated . The beds were not comfortable. It was off the interstate dog friendly and convenient.

Classic low level Hilton property. Rooms: Stains on furniture. Desk chair poorly functional. TV worked well with two working remotes. Ample electrical outlets for phones.

i have never EVER stayed in this nasty of a hotel in my life. regarding my room, im just in shock of how dirty the room was. you couldnt see a thing out of the windows the shower head had mold on it. the handle in the shower was disgusting. my sink wasnt draining at all. one of the days i asked housekeeping to clean my room and i came back to my room untouched :/. there is definitely an ant and ladybug problem they were in my room and a bunch in my first room then i asked to change rooms bc of this. i am a Hilton Honors member and i never in my life thought Hilton would have such a disgusting hotel rooms. very very disappointed. i dont think the staff was at fault at all (besides the room cleaning incident) but renovation of the hotel is LONG over due. i wish i could post the pictures of how bad this hotel was because i dont think people should stay here until this place gets cleaned out. regarding the staff, the staff was really kind especially Kathie and the older african american lady and the younger african american lady on evenings/nights (forgive me i forgot their names but i hope they get their recognition) very sweet to me so i do greatly appreciate them a Hilton Honors member. lastly Ms. Gail H, she is very friendly and kind. and always made me smile every morning with her bright personality. i dont carry cash on me but i wish i did because i definitely wouldve given her a tip! also one thing i didnt like is breakfast is pretty repetitive and boring after a while but i dont think the staff has any control over that. i just wish Hilton gave us more of a variety when it came to our breakfast. as for the next time i come to Tennessee i will definitely not be staying her again. i am traumatized from the room. and until this hotel gets all new everything i dont think anyone should stay her!
