I have been here a few times and all the staff was very nice. I will always continue to use Dr. Moore. They also make you feel very comfortable

I have been a client of Dr. Moore's office for a couple of years now. They are very laid back, which can be both good and bad. It's good because it's easy to get an appointment, but it's not so good when you need something out of the ordinary, such as documentation to insurance companies. My dental hygienist is pretty cool and always remembers me and my family. I've never had to wait longer than my appointment time, which isn't usually the case with some other places. Dr. Moore is easy going and a bit old fashioned but professional.

I called a month in advance for 2 reason, to get the earliest appointment available and to make sure they validated my insurance. I asked the lady answering the initial call for the the first appointment of the day she was brusque is her answer. I then asked do you want my insurance information while on the phone. She said no. Mind you I want to have everything straighten out before I have to drive in and find there is a problem. I get there early and there's already a person getting checked and a person waiting. This means I have to wait past my appointment. The front desk lady starts to then check my insurance and now there's a problem. I call my insurance give her the number to call and I'm thinking she's going to call now not later but noooo she's goes to the back and at this time it's going on 10 mins past my appointment. I left.
