Wait 30+ minutes for trash coffee

Absolutely horrible service and employees. This location is an embarrassment. I was so excited for it to open, but it takes 30 minutes just to get one coffee and they are always out of everything. drinks are always made wrong and the employees are rude and horrible about it. Something needs to be done about this location. I now drive to a completely different location that is on the other side of town because this one is awful.

We travel back and forth across this country and always stop at Dunkins. This location is by far the worst location we have ever been to. 20 minutes on a mobile order, and the apology we received was I didn't know there was an order. The taller front counter girl with the shorter, curly hair and glasses needs to find a new profession. Her speed and personality are extremely lacking. If I could give a star...that is what they would receive.

waited 45 minutes in the drive thru for my order to be completely wrong, service is horrible, employees were rude, and it should never take that long to get one coffee. don't open a brand new store if it's going to be this horrible. More

They are fairly newly opened and their scanners are already broken. So, i added $15 to the app while waiting in line only to not be able to use it. That means I also couldn't use any offers I had. Additionally, it's not even 10am and they have NO MEDIUM OR LARGE CUPS. They ONLY have small cups. A number of their combo orders REQUIRE you to buy a medium coffee to get the deal. BUT YOU CAN'T. So, the $3 breakfast sandwich is nearly double the price because you CAN'T get the combo deal because they don't have CUPS. Cups. I've been going to DD for 15 years. I lived in NE. I went to DD every single day for years. This experience was an embarrassment for them. Why even open for the day if you're that unprepared? We just drove away. Now I know why it was taking so long in line (we waited like 15m). Because people had to order 3 times before they could get something they would even want.
