$850 later, we dont have anything good to report. After keeping my husbands bike for well over a month - and still being charged astronomical prices for very little work - were talking $600 in labor for a $150ish part with hardly any communication in between whatsoever. We have learned our lesson the hard way, unfortunately. We were even charged shop material fees for them picking up the bike we will save ourselves the trouble and stay far far away from this crooked place. It doesnt take three hours to replace a starter!!! Also want to add I will be calling for a refund after discovering we paid all this money and now the turn signals on the bike only work if you apply the brakes. I see an attorney in my near future.

Was traveling throught the area on a motorcycle trip. When we stopped for fuel had 1 bike fail to start again while looking it over we noticed another needed a front tire. The only shop in town that answered the phone and was willing to help. After a little wait they arrived with a trailer to tow the dead bike back to their shop. Once we arrived the entire staff was nice and helpful. While diagnosing the bike with the no start issue they found and installed a tire on the other. Once the problem was identified with the no start they offered to drive 40ish minutes away to pick up the parts as they did not have them stock. Total down time was 6hrs from the time the problem arose till we were back on the road again. 6hrs sounds like alot to most that don't understand what all went on in the background. We broke down and worked to identify the issue ourselves for about 30mins then called around for help for another 30mins. Then we got the tow to the shop after locating the shop through Google. Total time 2hrs down before they even got to see the bikes. Then roughly an hour to diagnose the issue. They then had to find the part and go get the part which was about 40miles away. So add 2 hrs. We are at 5hrs of time at this point that leaves roughly 1hr for repairs. To me the staff did a great job at making sure they could help us with the circumstances given. I would recommend them to anyone in the area or traveling through. As they went above and beyond what they had to do to make sure they got us back on the road again. And for that I thank you and the entire team for your efforts that day without you and being 500 miles from home we would have been in trouble.

They picked up bike from home 8/9, didnt finish until 9/21. I could never get anyone to answer the phone or return my voicemails. Somehow it took 3 hours to replace a starter that resulted in a $800 bill. Theyll use every excuse under the Sun, only one mechanic weve been slammed all day TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!
