Also too many problems with communication involving management/maintenance. We put in a request to get spots of our carpet replaced, and they set it up only for the guy to come in saying yeah youre gonna have to get in touch with someone else to do it because I cant and then proceeded to give us no information on who the person/company was to get in touch with. We had to talk with management about it, only for her to not tell us that they set it up nor give us notice 24 hours beforehand to let the guy enter our apartment. All we got was waking up to banging on our door and an informal voicemail of management from 4 minutes prior that someone was coming by to fix everything.
As well, a former maintenance employee decided to mark ours and other renters requests as complete without actually completing them.
