        I had a broken water line out by the road in front of my house. They found the broken line after digging around but they did not have a water pump to drain the hole that worked. So they left it open with the water off. I asked them to come back the next day with a water pump and fix it. But they said they already were booked up with other appointments. So I was without water for 2 days. I had to call Roto-Router who fixed it in no time with a reasonable cost even if there was added cost of it being the weekend. I learned a lesson from this to just go for the big companies and skip the local contractors.
