        LONG Black hairs everywhere in the shower. Floor filthy, and shower very dirty. Very little parking. Homeless people hanging out in parking lot and panning. BUT, staff is very friendly :)

        I go to pilots all over the country and I may be a little biased because this is the one I stop at weekly on my way home but I love this location. The women that work nights, Bailey and Adalys are always so friendly, welcoming and even memorized what I need from behind the counter. They keep the place stocked and clean. Seriously, cleanest bathrooms around. They both greet everyone and are so courteous. Ive seen this place packed and they handle the rush so well. These ladies work so hard and take it in stride. I wish more people in customer service were like them.
