I have had nothing but great experiences with these guys they always come on time, pick my mower up, sharpen my blades and change my oil. Never had an issue. Excellent company.

Slow, sloppy, and lost my paperwork. Won't return calls. After a month I picked up my tiller and took it to another shop.

This shop is run as if they don't want your business. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I had to call after the time frame they told me and was eventually told the engine had irreversible damage, would not be covered under warranty, and the repair (full engine replacement) cost would be more than the value of the machine itself. Neither of the people I talked to on the phone had any interest in speaking with me at all. In looking for more detail on what could have caused the issue, I was blamed for not putting oil in the engine (which I absolutely did do), got only got one-word answers, "no's," and "why would I check that?" Completely unhelpful. I actually called a different shop later thinking about bringing it in for a second look, which was 10 times more helpful than any part of this experience.
