        Do not use this company. Liars. Do not honor their own mistakes. Previously Fixed my floor. Piece is popping up again for the 3rd time from missing glue or not enough glue. Technicians are not professional and can be very rude.

        This was our 2nd carpet install with RiteRug. Working with Alexys and the Riterug team was easy and cost effective despite a 90 minute trip to reach our mountain home. Alexys exceeded my expectations. She was reliable, honest and very friendly to work with. She successfully matched the color we wanted and coordinated with the installation team to fit us in to their busy schedule. A great experience overall and I would highly recommend RiteRug for any carpeting needs.
