        I made a purchase from Versace, and I received it without the original box and without original labels, I returned it and they returned it to me again, they opened a case and they returned it to me, no one is responsible and they only say in customer service that the distribution center The return is not waived. It is not possible that they cannot solve this return

        DO NOT ORDER!! I ordered a pair of gucci thong sandals and gucci sunglasses as a gift. The sandals were too small and looked to be used. After returning and waiting a month and a half I was told that they can't exchange or issue a gift card because they are in unsellable condition.
