One Tree Family Dentistry

Great service came in for a cleaning this week. From the moment I walked in the service was impeccable the guy at the front desk greeted you with a smile and made sure I checked in correctly. Very welcoming!!! Got my teeth with the doctor was quick and efficient never felt better. Friendly doctor and front desk 10/10 would recommend. If you are in the Lavern area and need a cleaning before school starts definitely stop here!!!!

I was with the dentist for quite a time almost few years Dr Patel took good care but new dude sitting at front desk is so rude and he doesn't have any smile and he is so arrogant doesn't care for the customer,Had called them up to inform will be late and still keeps calling and I was just couple of mins late and he charged 50$ that is like he owns this place ..when you are at front desk have some smile and take care of them and it's just not money try to be nice so they will have a smile when you leave.Sorry to say but don't go there for the bad experience.Thinking of switching to a new dentist just for this bad experience..

Worst customer experience,The front desk is very in considerate and they say if for appointment if we don't turn up they charge 50$ but not when we are late.I was holed up in traffic and reached late and informed them before I will be late I was suppose to turn up at 3.00 pm and ended up just 2 mins over 3 pm and the fat dude in front desk charged 50$.The front desk is not considerate specifically the fatty at front desk.Please treat customers properly and do not think of just being in considerate and make them have smile when they leave.with today's experience wouldn't recommend for the bad customer experience.
