no on-site management team/maintenance. the company is based in Murfreesboro. they do not check on their tenants. 2 dumpsters for the whole complex, which are always full. people who arent residents are always coming over to dump their trash and throwing it everywhere. trash is always on the ground. I had issues with my upstairs neighbors the day they moved in and requested to transfer to a top floor unit. Months later I finally received an email back, and I was told they wouldnt be able to renew their lease, and I couldnt move to the available unit, but I could break my lease early. The noise was so loud from the tenants on the top floor that my downstairs neighbors also heard them. ive had to call the cops twice due to the noise. 2 apartments and a cop complaining about one unit is ridiculous to say the least. they had to lower the rent for all the available units because no one wants to move into a $1400 apartment the size of a bedroom. a couple days after I moved, my downstairs neighbors told me that someone in another apartment requested to move into the apartment I JUST moved out of and was approved. Management isnt helpful at all and has a HUGE delay in response. so no I HIGHLY do NOT recommend these apartments.
