        This has to be the worst phone store I have ever been to. These people have no experience with phones and literally will give you a number to call and say they don't know what to do. fire these individuals and get some knowledgeable people in there that knows what is going on. Except the younger girl in there, not remembering her name right there, but she is the only that was truly helping and making sense.I am very disappointed with the store and the Cricket brand phones.
