This review is long overdue. But I cannot share enough about how helpful and courteous Joe at Metro Motors was with myself and my wife. For the past 4 years, we have bought multiple vehicles from here, and we have always been pleased with how reliable and affordable they were. This is a business that does business the right way with each of their customers, and we will continue to trust Metro Motors for any future vehicles we may buy. Top quality used vehicles at a great price with guaranteed results. The process to buying was always very smooth and efficient. You can't ask for better service. I recommend Metro Motors to anyone looking for an affordable used car, truck, or SUV. This is a man that does what he says he will do; service with integrity. One of the best in the business.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!! I bought a 2012 VW Jetta from this dealership over 1 year ago for my youngest brother who desperately needed a vehicle. As soon as I drove off the lot there were several lights that came on. The dealership did provide a 3-month warranty so I figured it couldn't be anything to serious, "a car dealership wouldn't rip people off like that" since I did see several 5-star reviews (still kick myself to this day over thinking that) I informed the dealership of the warning lights and that I was going to have the issues checked the next day at a local Auto Shop. The Auto Shop stated several, expensive things needed to be repaired. The warranty covered some of those repairs, the dealer was contacted, and he offered to pay for ONLY HALF of the repairs. This fixed it for about 3 days before more lights started flashing, took it to a different AutoShop, they stated once again several different repairs needed to be made. The dealer was not willing to help me at all on this, warranty only covered a small portion. Eventually the 3-month warranty ran out and everything since then has been 100% out of pocket. Fast forward to now, it has been in the shop at least 8 more times. I have still not been able to drive the vehicle and I have had it for over a year at this point. It is currently sitting at the VW dealership needing another $800 in repairs which I am not going to do. I paid $8,000 cash for the vehicle and I have invested another $6,000 into this vehicle for REPAIRS that were no fault of my own, makes me sick to my stomach. The dealer said there was nothing he could do, he was not willing to help me with any of the additional repair cost and offered to buy it back for $2,000 after I had already invested $14,000 at that point. Super disheartening that people do business this way. I am left having to sell it for scrap metal and count my losses as a lessoned learned.

I helped a buddy find a car here and all I have to say is hands down the best place to buy a vehicle. I say that cause of how great the owner Joe is. He was so polite, respectful, accommodating, and understanding. It's hard to find good people now days and he's a good one. He goes above and beyond for his customers and without a doubt or any hesitation makes sure the customer is satisfied even after you leave the lot and call him for any reason. Thank you Joe for being awesome
