All returns have been prepared. Mr. Jordan has been aware of this for a long time. However, due to the fact that Mr. Jordan only sent his returns sporadically, the vast majority were unable to be e-filed. Although, all years prior to the most recent batch (containing 5 years that was not sent to us by Mr. Jordan until 2019) were e-filed and accepted in a timely manner. Multiple conversations and communications were made informing the Jordans that the returns were ready and payment was now required. We are still unpaid for multiple years of tax preparation. The Jordans have always been aware that these returns would not be filed (paper or e-filed) until payment was remitted to us. But, Mr. Jordan did contact us regarding an urgent need of his prepared 2018 return. We provided this return to him without payment. Mr. Jordan came to us in 2007 with some issues that we assisted him with; even procuring a taxpayer advocate for him and his wife. Even during the years that tax information was not received, extensions were filed on his behalf. Until recently, a productive and sound business relationship was maintained. To this day, the returns are awaiting action by Mr. Jordan.
