New Horizon Medical Associates

Ive been coming here to see Dr Gibbons for a few years now. I have a real fear of the doctor but she always makes me feel at ease and comfortable. She always listens to me and answers all my questions. Krystal always seems to really care about you and whats going on. Im so glad I found her because I couldnt imagine seeing anyone else. Even though I still get pretty anxious when I go to the office its okay because I know Im in good hands! Her nursing staff have always been very kind as well. If youre looking for a family doctor I cant recommend Dr Gibbons enough.

Terrible place terrible people slowest place on earth. Not shocked since it's part of the Covenant health care system. I highly do not recommend. Save yourself the aggravation.

Pill mill, bottom line. Found eronious items on medical file. The receptionist (Kim) is rude as can be. Came in for my appointment and they were doing a prayer circle, they ignored me until they were done. To the person who responded: I DID speak to an administrator and she was not very pleasant.

They were very kind the first couple times I went but then when I actually got sick and called and I had strep throat I was told that he was on vacation there wasn't nothing they could do for me that I should go see someone else I don't think that's how doctors office should be ran especially in cases of emergency who tells their patient to go see someone else I will be finding a new doctor which it really wasn't his fault he's on vacation it's more of whoever they left in charge of running it

The facility called me, put me on hold, then transferred me to demand additional documentation of my identity for no reason. The workers here will approve and then disapprove appointments, and you should expect them to want to fight with you on the phone. Month+ waits to get in. If you're trans this place seems particularly unwelcoming and should be avoided.
