I cannot recommend this place enough. Having had horrible experiences with dealership shops, getting my lawn tractor serviced is a last resort. I was greeted twice within a minute of walking through the door, but ultimately had to wait till another worker was done with another customer. I appreciated that he didnt rush the other customer and kept his complete attention on them, until they were through with their transaction. Its how I would hope to be treated if another customer showed up while I was getting service. Long story short, got a quote and a time on the service I was requesting, which ended up being that same day. I had waited weeks for service at the dealership and received zero updates on the progress, or that they had even picked it up. Knoxville Power did the job, when they said they would, for the price they said they would, and didnt treat me like an idiot or try to upsell me on services I already knew I didnt need. I called my neighbors that day and began recommending them. Treat people with respect, do what you say youre gonna do, for the price you said you were gonna do it, when you say youre gonna do it. Having a reliable shop is worth its weight in gold. This place just became my go-to!

Very gd.service, had a chain saw to be worked on that I bought 4yrs.ago there...had to wait on a part..nice people.
