I wish I couldve get a zero really a negative. I went to this store to ship a package off on a Friday (that had to go 2hrs from this location). It is now a week and they have no idea where my package is. Ive been a customer service rep (Ive been on the phone for days) the entire week to no avail. It is sad that a company as big as fed ex lose a package going two hrs. Per the website its still sitting in the same place I shipped it from, however theresa restrictions on it lol so I cant go get my own package. Which says that u lost it and not admitting it. Terrible service. Worst experience Ive ever had shipping anything and fed ex will no longer get my business and neither will Office Depot considering they are partners.

I had the worst experience I have ever had today with this FedEx location. Usually, Ryan is there and he is amazing, nothing wrong with his service. I would give him 5 stars. But today, Desiree helped me ship a package. She refused to use the name I go by, the name I have shipped with before (not my legal name bc I havent changed it yet). She also didnt use my current address, but only the information on my drivers license and never asked for my current address or an email to go with my legal name to provide me with the tracking information. I was trying to send a $10 blanket. She said the only option for ground was $30 to get it there by Friday. I dont care how long it takes to ship, Im not paying that much for a cheap blanket. She stuck with thats the only option. I proceeded to send a $20 package for $20 shipping. She did not box the package in front of me or anything else like what is normally done when I have gone here to ship. I am super unhappy, feel very invalidated, and was not provided good customer service. Im not one to write these reviews, but thats how badly I am upset by this interaction.
