Wanted $800 a month for 50mb internet... ya know, like you would pay 20 years ago. Our phone service is through them as well. They are pretty much refusing to let us port our DIDs, which they are legally obligated to do. It's taking so long that our contract ended and now they are charging us literally double per month for service that wouldn't need to be active if they could do their jobs.

My mother-in-law has used them and she has received two final bills and when she talks to them on the phone about it, they hang up on her. Not only once, they hung up on her seven times. Worst customer service and an unethical company. DO NOT USE THEM , THEY WILL ROOK YOU!!!!!!

This is a horribly overpriced unethical company that shares your personal information to unauthorized users. Internet service is the slowest, customer service is terrible and if I could give them zero stars I would. It took over 15 months and filing a BBB complaint to get a billing mistake corrected! Beware!

Absolutely Horrible! Worst customer support in the industry. Windstream is my employer's ISP and copper fax line provider. Our faxes went out. This caused a huge negative impact on patient care. Their support lied and said they would be out to correct the issue. Two days latter they are still "waiting" to schedule a tech to come out onsite.

I use this phone service for business. Service is unreliable!!! Tech Support and customer service is even worse. Do yourself a favor and stay away!!!!
