        cleanup was lacking, roof looks good but was overcharged for work not needed and still have not received a refund. different people showed up to oversee than was told to me. not a good experience.

        Showed up when they said they would and completed our project when they said they would. Answered all of our additional questions after they started and I feel gave us a much better product than what they showed us with the samples. We couldnt be happier. If anyone is looking for a new roof you should call Erie!!

        Made an appointment to come and give me an estimate. I asked for a text vs phone call to confirm, which I received the day prior the scheduled appointment. An hour after they were supposed to be here I learned they left a voicemail (didn't show on my phone) stating they couldn't make it. Fine, I get it, things happen. But you would think Erie Roofing would have the decency to call back, apologize and MAYBE try to reschedule another day? Well, if they are expecting me to call back, wrong. I will take my business elsewhere. Very unprofessional in my opinion!
