Not only did Laura Toole (of Prestigious Properties) helped secure my family's dream home, but she also managed to sell our house on day 1 of it being listed on the MLS!! Laura took us on as clients after we initially attempted to sell by owner. She thoroughly researched the comps in our area, photographed our house beautifully, and marketed it to the Knoxville area. Her expertise definitely payed off as we sold for well over asking price!! Laura was easy and informative to work throughout the selling process and was instrumental in the many steps leading up to closing. My experience with Prestigious Properties of Knoxville LLC could not have been better. My service was top notch with every detail being paid expert attention. I had a one of a kind unique home which real estate professionals call an Outlier. Laura Toole marketed it expertly, but more importantly used her valuable twenty-six years of experience to navigate with extreme patience to a final contract between buyer and seller resulting in a closing. Laura is what is called 'a closer' in real estate terms. She will move the process along to achieve that 'closing'. Laura Toole closes her houses. This is her craft which she performs effortlessly. I was extremely pleased with all aspects of selling my home with Laura Toole! I highly recommend Laura Toole to anyone selling or buying. Laura will "close' your property.
