        I dont recommend this firm to anyone. I had a hearing my medical records wasnt submitted before my hearing, Krystal Muse went on vacation following my hearing and didnt submit them until she returned from vacation. I feel my case was poorly represented by them and a lack of urgency , it took over a year to get the hearing date why wasnt they submitted before the hearing like they should have been. A botched case!

      Bonnie, I am sorry that you are not happy with the outcome of your case and how long it took for your case to get to a hearing. I can assure you that all medical records were submitted prior to the required date and that Kristal Muse did an excellent job representing you throughout the process. Kristal has over a decade of experience getting results for clients. I know that she would have preferred a different decision as well. I wish that all claims were successful and could be heard in a much quicker fashion. Unfortunately, both of those decisions are out of our hands.
