Very poor signage. I, like many others, thought that the reserved signs meant that people who paid for parking could park there. I came back from volunteering at a Children's Hospital event to a boot on my car that cost $75 to remove. This place intentionally uses poor signage to trick newcomers into mistakenly parking in a forbidden spot and incurring large fees. Do not choose to park here! May God judge the owners of this place for their unnecessary greed.

Parked here by mistake for 25 minutes as a first time visitor to Knoxville to tour the college. We got booted and charged 75 bucks. Called office and was met with typical southern hospitality. LOL. Beware - this poorly marked garage is a ticket factory and even the security folks commented on how often they boot people. Seems rather predatory for such a 'friendly' little town. Go Vols?

My experience is like most others. Returned to my car after an 8 hour workshop to discover a parking boot on the rear left tire. I was told that I had parked in a reserved space and it would cost $75 to remove the boot. I also had to pay the $14 fee for 8 hours of parking. I could understand if I had mistakenly taken someone's reserved space and it caused them a hardship, but there were only 5 other vehicles on that level with me. This is my first and last time using this parking garage.

False advertising! Despite the sign on the machine stating a $14 maximum, I was charged $22 and when I pressed the call button they wouldnt do anything about it. Attached photo shows the machine displaying the charge. Scam!

I would put zero stars if i could. As stated by many reviewers, this garage is not a viable option for public parking downtown. Signage is extremely confusing and I wonder if it is just a way to scam unsuspecting customers. Besides the high probability of getting fined for parking in a reserved spot, the cost of parking there is twice the amount of other garages in the same vicinity.
