University Of Tennessee: Parking And Transit

terrible parking at this university as well as citation fees. I can't believe I got a ticket when I had my temporary permit up because my apartment complex through UT is new and they don't have a personal mailing system set up yet. I filed an appeal and it got rejected when I offered photo evidence. I guess they really want their $32.00 per citation so they can just make more money to build no additional parking. what's worst is that they can look on my system that I do have a valid permit but they just want their money. if they actually cared they would hear you out but the workers there just walk in for their daily paycheck and show no effort because that's all they were hired to do. this is such an easy fix but the workers there can be lazy at times so it doesn't surprise me. there could easily be a more valid technique to check Parking permits but they only care about money.

Extremely rude, inconsiderate, inhumane, and low IQ staff. It's shameful that UT management does not attempt to improve the quality of parking operations.
