        On vacation and lost my glasses at the Wilderness at the Smokies water park. So thankful for William and Jeremy helping me get a new pair of glasses made all in less than one hour. They were very professional, kind and had great prices.

        Absolutely horrible. Had 2 pair ahead of me mid afternoon said they'd be ready next morning at the latest. Called and after all day trying to get thru I'm told at 3 they're being cut now. I drive an hour here and MY LENSES ARE BEING CUT NOW. Seems that's the textbook lie being told to buy time. AbsiI came 3 hours after my "lenses were being cut" the first time. Inexcusable
