Ted Russell Nissan Service

Over a hour for an oil change after I was told it would be 45. Watched several people that came after me leave before me. I literally had to go outside after seeing my car sit in the bay and then get moved outside where it sat for about twenty or more minutes. And this is just the most recent time ( its the closest and where i bought my car and warranty thats why i go there) I have consistently bad service. They only send report some of the time, and there price do not match what it says on the service specials. Theyre lobby is nasty with ripped couches and their Mens room hasnt hot water anytime Ive been there in the last year. Kind of concerning when car dealers like to shake a lot of hands. I unfortunately was basically called a liar by the service manager after posting this previously. Never once tried to apologize for the subpar service and wait but wanted to text me and call me several times to insinuate I was lying. I dont see how they are a leading Nissan dealer when in my opinion they are hands down, the worst in this region.

Took my company vehicle in because the air conditioning was not working. Under warranty as the car has only 19,000 miles on it. Had not heard from anyone so I called to check on my vehicle. Was told they had to replace an o-ring but the recovery/recharge machine had broken in the process and they couldn't tell me if it would be fixed or not. So as I expressed, I had to know if the car would be complete because it is my primary vehicle and if it wasn't going to be completed I would need to make arrangements last-minute. I was florres when I was told, yeah well we just don't know if we can get it done! The lack of customer service in this experience is horrible. This all occured at 4:15 in the afternoon. Just communicate.... It's not hard to do, well maybe it is! Still can not believe that they would only have 1 machine, as I was told. I used to work in a 3 bay garage, and even we had 2 machines. Very frustrating. Service: Air conditioning
