Daryl and his whole team and Fountain City Finance were unbelievably good. Fast, efficient, on top of everything. We asked if they could do a 20 day close and they told us how to make it possible, and made it happen. They went above and beyond. We will be using only them from now on! I couldnt say enough good things about this company. We used them to close on our house, Daryl and Heather are the dynamic duo! Love that its a family company. Our realtor said this is the best bank hes worked with. Ive recommended multiple of my friends to use since they kept everything on track, communicated GREAT, and response times in a stressful situation was much appreciated. Thank you!!

Everyone was very helpful, anytime I had a question I could email them and no matter if it was the weekend they would get back to me in a very timely manner. They were true professionals and would recommend anyone looking to buy a house to just give them a look and maybe they could make your dreams come true like me!
