    I never received a bill or any bill from this company, and yet Ive been served a letter from a collection agency. Do they work with Cherokee health systems in Chattanooga?Because that is the only way I could have any tie with them. Otherwise they have the wrong person, and I will NOT pay a bill that is NOT mine. The doctor that was listed on the collection is one I have never been to. I've called them and left them a message to sort this out and have yet to receive one back. I will try again, but looking at other reviews, I'm fighting a ghost.

    It seems that I'm not the only one having this issue. I called to pay a bill I had gotten in the mail. I called numerous times and was put to voice-mail each time. I made sure to leave a good call back number and gave a message everytime about wanting to pay these bills. For weeks I did not hear back from the billing department. After not hearing back, I received a call from a collection agency about these bills. Honestly this is a bit unprofessional and stressful as I have tried to contact before it went to collections. Maybe it would be best to have more than just one person in charge over the billing department so that this doesn't continue being a trend.

    I would not even give 1 star. I called to pay a bill several weeks ago. Could not get the rep on the phone, left several messages. Then when I did get him on the phone he said my card declined, come to find out my account was hacked. I called back after getting that fixed, again, no answer. Next thing I know a Collection agency calls. OUTRAGEOUS. I try to call CHS again, they refuse to take payment so I am forced to deal with a shady collection agency who treated me like a criminal. Once she took my bank info she refused to supply me with a receipt, told me I could call back in 10 days to get one. So I gave some stranger my bank info and I have nothing to show for it. Good job Contract Health Services. You should have just taken my payment when I called.
