Went in for a simple test and was charged an amount prior to the visit. I asked 3 different people prior to the visit if this was the full amount that I would be billed and if there would be any additional cost. I was assured by all three that it was the total amount and that I would not be billed for any additional amount. 3 weeks later a received a bill for an additional $200. When I called about it I was told that what was told to me prior was wrong. Long story short - I was lied to, made to wait an hour past my appointment time, forced to sit in a dirty waiting room, and forced to share private information in a non-private way. When I brought up these concerns I was dismissed and told to just deal with it. UPDATE: I tried calling the main switch was the generic phone number below. I was disconnected. I don't think Covenant Medical Group takes complaints seriously at all. Please make a formal complaint out of this review.

I cannot believe I was charged 142.67 dollars for a doctor visit was seen for my ears ringing and was told it's just tinnitus. As a matter of fact it is not tinnitus. It was because of a tooth infection that's taken care of now this doctors office is ripping people off and not helping at all. By the way u get -5 stars for not setting me up with a specialist like u said.

While this office will work with you on making payment arrangements for bills, they quote you a different, higher amount owed than what is stated on the actual statement sent to you and the amount your insurance says you owe. The rep said I owed over $400 more than what is on my statement when I called to make arrangements.
